PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy. Your choice.
Play solo on your phone. Connect only when you want to battle. No email is required to play.

5TH QUARTER is operated by Christopher “CJ” Nurse through ContentCreators.life. For privacy questions or requests, contact cj@contentcreators.life. This policy covers the mobile game and its connected battle services.
Solo play
Your settings, chosen player card, timing calibration and personal bests are stored on your device. Solo play works without a cloud account. Removing the app or its data can remove local progress; operating-system backups may retain a copy.
When you connect
Connecting for battles creates a guest account with a unique player ID. We store your chosen player name, school and band section, scores, difficulty and song identifiers, note timing used to validate rounds, challenge results, reports and blocks. Authentication credentials are stored using the device’s secure storage. Guest sign-in currently stays with that device; email recovery and cross-device account transfer are not offered in this version.
Why we use this information
We use this information to save and verify rounds, run challenges, display your opponent’s result, respond to support requests and investigate abuse. School selection is voluntary and self-reported. It does not verify enrollment, alumni status or an institutional partnership.
What other players see
Battle participants see their opponent’s chosen name, school and challenge score. Reports and block records are private to the operator and service systems. The game does not offer public chat, direct messages or a public directory of player profiles.
Service providers and transfers
Supabase processes authentication and game data in our US East project. Requests to online services can expose IP addresses, timestamps and technical request information to their infrastructure and security logs. Apple and Google process store downloads and platform services under their own policies. Data may be processed in the United States even if you play elsewhere.
Advertising in supported versions
Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob for occasional full-screen ads when you leave the results screen after completed solo games. The planned cadence alternates after two and three completed games, subject to ad availability and a minimum gap between ads. Ads do not interrupt a song or a 1v1 battle. The four original songs remain free. Optional rewarded ads may unlock future song packs when those packs exist; no pack is currently offered through an ad. We request non-personalized ads and do not send your player name, school, email or game account ID to AdMob. Non-personalized does not mean no data is processed. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad interactions, app information and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and improve reliability. Google processes this information under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Older installed builds may not contain ads.
Ad privacy choices
In ad-supported versions, a privacy message explains advertising data use before ads are requested where required. Settings → Ad Privacy offers available choices, including withdrawing consent or exercising applicable opt-out rights. Declining optional advertising consent does not prevent solo gameplay. Ads may be unavailable after a decline or when there is no ad inventory. Device advertising controls are also available in iOS or Android settings. Contact cj@contentcreators.life for privacy requests or questions about applicable rights.
Support website and email
The ContentCreators.life support website is separate from the game: it uses Vercel hosting, page analytics and performance measurements, which may process technical visit information. Emailing support shares your email address and anything you choose to include.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and gameplay records while your account is active to provide saved results and challenges. In Player → Delete Account, confirm deletion to remove your account and its associated live cloud profile, scores, runs, battles, reports and blocks. Deletion of live records does not instantly erase copies from infrastructure logs or backups; those follow provider retention and rotation and are restricted from normal gameplay use. We retain support correspondence and any records required for security or legal obligations only as reasonably needed. Offline solo records are separate.
Your choices and requests
You can play without connecting, edit your player card, report or block opponents, and delete your account in the game. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests, email cj@contentcreators.life with the subject “5TH QUARTER privacy.” We may ask for information needed to identify your account and confirm control; never send a password or sign-in token. If you lost a guest sign-in, a display name alone may not be enough to establish ownership.
Younger players
5TH QUARTER is intended for college students, alumni and fans and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has connected an account can contact us to request review and deletion.
Security and changes
We use access controls and secure transport to protect cloud data. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and provide additional notice where required. Effective October 8, 2026.
