- what happens after i pay?
- You're taken straight to a booking page to choose your session time, then you'll get a short intake form. Most sessions happen within 1–2 weeks of booking.
- is this a sales call?
- No. It's a paid working session and you leave with a roadmap you can execute yourself. If a Sprint makes sense later, the roadmap becomes the plan — but there's no pitch built in.
- can i reschedule?
- Yes — reschedule from your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the session.
- can my team join?
- Yes. Bring up to three people from your team or organization to the session.
- can my organization pay by invoice?
- Yes. Institutions that need an invoice, W-9, or PO can use the inquiry form instead and we'll send one.
